Adjustable Pallet Racking
Selective or Adjustable pallet racking is the most widely used storage system for all palletised and non-palletised loads. Single or double-sided runs of racking are separated by aisles which can be sized to suit the customers existing fork lift-trucks. This product is quick to install and easy to adjust.
100% accessibility to individual pallets
High degree of system adjustability to suite any pallet type maximise all
available space
Use of Conventional fork-lift trucks
Easy to install and re-position
High Occupancy rates

Leber - Drive-In Racking
Drive-In/Drive Through Racking is used where high-density is required. It is frequently used in facilities with a low number of product lines and stock rotation is not critical. Pallets are stored in a block system with a reduced number of aisles. Fork-lifts drive into the racking between any uprights on the front face to load or retrieve pallets, which are stored on cantilevered rails running throughout the system. The first pallet in is the last one out unless a Drive-Through system is used whereby pallets can be loaded or retrieved from either side.
High-density storage with minimal aisle space allowing maximum cubic storage space
Ideal for batches of pallets
Suitable for seasonal goods and fluctuating stock demand
Ideal for cold/chill storage and bulk storage applications
Suitable for easily damaged or fragile loads, which cannot be block stacked

Leber - Double Deep Racking
Double deep racking is designed to increase storage capacity whilst maintaining a high degree of selectivity. This system is designed to be accessed by a specialised fork-lift with a double reach mechanism.

Constructed from selective pallet racking to store pallets 2 deep or 4 deep
Economical alternative to drive-in racking
Specialised double reach fork-lift truck required
Retains 50% selectivity whilst storing multiple quantities of each product

Leber - Narrow Aisle Racking
Narrow Aisle Racking maximises use of floor area and building height by providing high density storage, whilst still allowing individual access to all pallets. This system consists of the same basic components as conventional racking but with runs placed closer together eliminating the wasted space of a wide aisle. Pallets are accessed via specialised trucks, which are guided in the very narrow aisles by either low or high profile floor mounted rails or electronic wire guidance in the floor.
100% accessibility to individual pallets
Configuration for maximum storage, density and efficiency
Specialist stock-picker, turret truck or crane is required to work in the
reduced aisle
Better space utilisation
High occupancy rates

Leber - Push Back Rack
Push back rack is a high density pallet storage system, providing storage in lanes of 2, 3 or 4 pallets deep on a slight upward incline. Pallets sit on carriages that move on heavy duty wheels with the pallets being fed in and retrieved from the one aisle. Each pallet load is pushed into the structure by succeeding pallets so the first pallet in becomes the last pallet out. This system is best suited for multiple pallets of individual pallet lines, where the first out principle is not important.
